Heinz Kitzhoefer takes no responsibility whatsoever for material supplied by the customer. For all material the customer supplies, including but not limited to text, images and sound, the customer shall hold the copyright or license for use in the video and shall hold any necessary model or property release.

Heinz Kitzhoefer takes no responsibility whatsoever for material supplied by the customer. Disputes

Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract including without limitation, the validity, interpretation, performance and breach hereto, shall be settled by the Disputes Tribunal of the New Zealand Department of Justice, closest to the agent's headquarters, New Zealand.

Heinz Kitzhoefer excludes to the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand and International Law any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except as specifically stated in our Terms and Conditions or as otherwise required by law, neither Heinz Kitzhoefer nor his employees, contributors, suppliers or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind (including but without limitation to, lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of your use of or your inability to use work or products from Heinz Kitzhoefer, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
